Welcome to AG-U "Your Country Store," where country living meets community. Located in the heart of New Jersey, AG-U is more than just a farm and feed store—we’re a destination for families, homesteaders, farmers, animal lovers, and anyone who appreciates quality products and small-town values.
A Century of Tradition
For over 100 years, this historic location has provided essential feed and supplies to our surrounding communities. What started as the Burlington County Farmers Co-op later became GLF, and then Agway. In 2000, the tradition entered a new chapter under the private ownership of Jamey Bohonyi.
Jamey kept the New Egypt Agway name for over a decade. However, wanting to differentiate the store from others, he renamed it Animals and Gardens Unlimited, or AG-U. Over the years, the nickname AG-U truly stuck with our customers, bringing us to who we are today: AG-U, "your country store."
Built on Love and Passion
As life would have it, Jamey and Alie Peary—who had worked at the store together years earlier—reconnected, fell in love, and now run the business together. Alie’s passion for animals and homesteading combined with Jamey’s love for the outdoors has proven to be a winning combination. By adding these passions to our already stacked offering of feed, pet, and farm supplies, they have transformed AG-U into a true community destination.

From hens to roosters, pets to production. We offer baby chicks of all different varieties. Along with top-quality feed, treats, and bedding.
Equine
We provide a variety of equine feeds for all of your horses' needs. From the racetrack to the show ring. The show barns lead to the yearling barns. The trail rides to the barrel races. We have it all and even offer our own custom feed!
Hunting & Fishing
 If either hunting or fishing is your passion, we are here to serve. Freshwater, saltwater, live bait, line winding, archery, and accessories. We have a pro shop to set you up with a new bow or repair your current one.
